1973 Opel GT Spyder

Here is a walk through of the convertible top being stowed. About half collapsed, it is a bit tight but does clear.

Now in the fully down position it will just fit. I am not to concerned about it as I never intend to use it unless I absolutely have to.

The lid then closes over the top.

Here is the first mock up of the "camel humps". I used the wire mesh as it bends easily and cuts with a snips.

View from the back after I cut out the humps from 18 gauge sheet steel. A bit heavy but I did not want anything that might dent easily.
