Paul's 94 GMC

  • Paul asked us to repair and repaint his 1994 work truck. The truck was in very good shape for it's age and did not appear to be to difficult a job. He did however, have many bolt trim parts that would need repainting as well.

  • A few nics and dents, nothing to bad. Paul had removed all the trim and accessories from the truck to save us time.

  • The doors had the typical lower edge rust and after talking with Paul we decided to replace the doors and fenders. This is not an expensive thing to do and will give the truck many more years without looking bad.

  • First, the tear down, the doors and fenders are removed as well as the hood.

  • We also transferred the door components to the new door. I would love to find the guy that designed this............

  • The body is flattened and we are prepped to to paint. First a good sealer will be applied to make to color even around the entire truck.

  • Here the paint is on as well as the dark gray bottom stripe. We did a custom 4x4 logo so the truck would stand out as a custom paint job.

  • We just finished with the clear coat and are ready to let it dry. Next is a good day of wet sanding and buffing to level out the clear and give it a high shine.

  • Paul took the truck and reassembled the parts and accessories. What a MEAN looking truck! This turned out awesome! I am jealous.....
